Hopefully all of you are doing well in this crazy weather this winter has brought with it! I wanted to let you know that my recital date HAS CHANGED - so PLEASE don't come to Oberlin on the 26th expecting to find me performing. Things just got so crazy that I had to move it back. Hello my dedicated fans! Happy New Year to each and all of you, and I hope your holiday season was wonderful! I've been working on some new updates for the site with some help from my friends - NOTE: My home phone number HAS CHANGED! If you've been trying to contact me via phone, that's why it hasn't been working! Also, my junior recital date has been added to the Calendar page if you're interested in hearing something a little different from fiddle (say, a little Bach, some Dvorak, etc...). Enjoy!

Hey guys! Sorry it's taken me so long, but I've finally gotten this site updated, and you can purchase the new CD on the Recordings page!!! I've added a media page, which will have a few videos of me playing live, times when I'll be on the radio, and more! Recording finished, mixing down finished, and third fiddle CD is mastered. Photos taken and chosen, liner notes written. All that's left to do is take care of paying royalties, and then it'll be shipped off to have the artwork and duplication done. I'm so excited!!! The recording of my third fiddle CD is done!! I'm going home for the final mix-down in a couple of weeks, and then we'll ship it off to the people who put together the artwork, packaging, and duplication. Oh yeah!!

Today I went to the recording studio, and it looks like things are going to work out! I'm very grateful and relieved that this has happened. We agreed to meet on Saturday, March 22, to do our first recording session to lay down the tracks. Once we get the okay from my band members, we'll be set for our time, as well. This means that we'll get the CD done just in time for fiddle season!! I still have yet to think of a name for it, but if you have any ideas for me, just send me an email. I'm always open for suggestions! For now, that's all the news...

It's been a while since the site has been updated, but school has been keeping me busy, busy, busy! If you didn't get to come to my classical recital in January, you missed a great performance... But never fear, there will be others!! My calendar is empty right now, so hopefully it will fill up as the days go by. If I get any performance dates, I will put them on my calendar as soon as I get them. Photo pages take a while, but I'll do my best to get them up as soon as possible, as well. Feel free to send any questions or comments to my email address (listed on my Contact Krista page), and I'll be sure to get back to you soon! Tomorrow I'm going to check out a possible studio to record my long-awaited junior CD. As many of you know, I've had a hard time getting in the studio these past couple of years, so hopefully this will work out. Trust me, I've wanted this CD longer than anyone! And I knew I couldn't sacrifice quality simply to get it done sooner. Nothing but the best for my fans!! And now, with that, I will say goodbye and God bless each one of you.

Hi everyone! I have been updating the photo section every now and again (they take a while to get done, as you might guess), and hopefully now that it's the holiday season and I have some time off from school, I can work on this website more! Well, the website is officially up and running, though some things are still missing... I promise I'll get the photos uploaded soon, so keep checking back!! With school keeping me busy enough, I haven't had enough time to sit down and work on this enormous project of mine, but in the next few days I expect to have a little more time for it. Still working on this website of mine... I appreciate everyone's patience as I get this thing up and running!! This is a learning experience for me... Anyway, I'm getting my Pay-Pal link up soon, so that will make buying my CDs online much easier (saves us postage and such...). Also, I'm going to be putting more photos in the gallery within the week, so please keep checking back until they show up!! I've now been home from college for a little over a week, and I'm happy to be home. Finally! It's nice to be able to concentrate on my fiddle a little more now, although I still keep up with my classical studies. I miss college, it allows me so much freedom and flexibility. I suppose since I don't have to go to class or do any homework now, that makes up for it. Right now I'm prepping myself for my June 2nd performance (see Calendar for more details) ,and that's keeping me busy enough. Hopefully I will see you there!!

First of all, I would like to say how excited I am that I finally got this site up and running! It's been a work in progress for nearly a year or two now, and finally most of the kinks have been worked out.
Second of all, thank you for those of you who have come to this site in search of me in particular, or just some fun fiddlin'. I appreciate the support and kind words!! I'd love to see you in the audience wherever I'm performing!!
Third of all, yes, I am working on my third cd. It has also been a work in progress for a year or so now, so it's long overdue. With college being so hectic, and my major being Classical Violin Performance, I'm not allowed much time to work on my fiddle music. I plan to record at least by the end of May if not before then. I've had a lot of people ask about when it will be done, but trust me, no one is more anxious to record than me! I enjoy recording, and I miss my band members. So don't worry, I'll keep ya posted!! Thanks for visiting my site, and come again soon!
